Roman cooking is traditionally dominated by earthy cuisine of the working classes, with a little influence from the city’s Jewish population thrown in. Pasta is important, and you’ll find all sort served in Roman restaurants (spaghetti is prblably the most popular) and offal dishes are staples in the more traditional restaurants.Whatever and wherever you eat, though, it’s very hard to eat badly, even in the busy tourist areas.
